STONE FIELDS

This body of work was created with this site at Abbott's of Craighurst in mind ( a two storey cube shaped space in a building dating back to the 1850's ) . It was conceived as one work to be experienced as a whole. Inspired in part by the boulders in the foundation wall they explore how the inner energic reality of a rock might be imagined as well as the ascendant qualities of the space and the capacity of rocks to float as they rise to the surface in the farmers' fields of Oro Medonte.
